Tréluyer and his teammate Motoyama performed very well in the season, scoring points, podiums and with 2 wins. But it wasn't lucky for the Nismo team to take the Driver's Champion, because MOLA Racing took the Driver's Champion with Japanese Masataka Yanagida and Italian Ronnie Quintarelli.
After 2011, Tréluyer decided to retire from racing in the Super GT, and was replaced with German driver Michael Krumm in 2012 for the Nismo team.
