André Lotterer (born 19th November 1981 in Duisburg, Germany) is a German racing driver who competed in the sport from 2003 to 2011.

Career overview

2003-2005: Nakajima Racing

In 2003, he drove a Mobil 1 NSX from Round 4 to Round 8, replacing Takashi Kogure.

2006-2011: Team TOM'S

2011

Lotterer stayed for the team, with his new teammate Kazuki Nakajima. Both of them performed well in the season, but was unable to score a podium or a win in any race.

Retirement

After the 2011 season, Lotterer decided to retire from the Super GT series and was replaced with Frenchman Loïc Duval for Team TOM'S. He moved to the World Endurance Championship, racing for Audi Sport Team Joest with his teammates Marcel Fässler and Benoît Tréluyer.

Since leaving the series, he is still competing in Japan, competing for Super Formula.
